I have a seal kit for Buick Dynaflows that is supposed to be for 1959 and 1960 Twin Turbines. The part number does not appear in my 1964 or 1960 parts catalogs, and it comes up as an unknown Buick application on collectorsautosupply.com's part number I.D. page. Does anybody know what this fits?

The part number for the kit is 4.005.1388583. Thanks!

I find NO part number in any of my parts books that match that number. #1388293 is as close as I can find. 58-59 3T

Thanks for trying! \:\)

Here is a scan of the kit. I don't know if the #'s legible in the scan, but it's very clear on the package.

Sorry about the giant image, but my re-sizing softwear isn't responding today for some reason.

Dave:
My 36-59 Parts Book shows your ID is correct. Seal kit for 1959 Twin Turbine. Individual seals and their part numbers are listed in there if you need them. My 1940-63 Book shows this # was changed to 1388762 and was good for 1960 Twin Turbine as well.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Dave! \:\)

That number must have been superceded at the year change in 1960. That's why it wasn't in my book.
