I have in a diesel engine… It is good and will increase heat transfer, but if there is a mechanical problem causing heat transfer problems it will not overcome maintenance problems… it is also a very good rust corrosion inhibitor. Water wetting additives are good heat transfer media. I use it with antifreeze mixed with RODI water.… KennyV.
