New info from the g-sale these were off a 74 Edlorado

I don't think they're for Eldorado. I believe Eldorado had the wreath around the logo.

Your wheel cover is #82 on that page. It is for the rear drive models. Your cover is dished and will not fit on an Eldorado. Eldorado wheel covers are reverse dished.

Those are 1974-1976 wheel covers. I believe they were the standard wheel cover for DeVilles. See Hubcaps.com Cadillac page.
