Dear Greg,IMHO,Looks like one of two ram air inlets that would be located in the area of the turn signals in the bumper.These would be connected to the air cleaner by rubber hose and clamps.As to what make,Pontiac,Oldsmobile,could be anything from the mid sixties to seventies.diz

Oldsfan Oldsfan Member Registered: 06/23/05 Posts: 535 Loc: Myerstown, PA	'94 & '95 Pontiac Bonneville exhaust heat shield for the rear bumper. New part number is 12535877 which is for a kit which includes both. _________________________ There's "Something Extra" about owning an OLDS!
