Hello,

Does anyone here know what type car this is?

I am trying to find out what year and make this car is any ideas?

The car is in a parade in St. Clair PA, the American flag in the picture has 48 stars which is a 1912 flag; also the steering wheel is on the right side.

When I zoom in on the picture there is a front and back seat.

The picture should be in my file. If not please email monk1344@yahoo.com and I can send it to you.

Thanks for your help.

Welcome, great photo.
It looks like a 1907 Ford Model R, or an early 1908 Model S Ford.
Thanks for sharing,
Chris

I'll second that opinion, thanks for posting the photo.

Knowing Pennsylvania like I do the Main drag of St.Clair probably still looks just like this photograph. There is probably a video rental place where the "8 ear facts" storefront is.

It does, or at least it used to when I was an inspector for Schuylill Co. The main drag was bypassed by Rte. 61 many years ago (50-60?), so it really looked just like the photo.

According to their web site They now are the home of the 2nd largest Wal-Mart in PA. I'll bet that isn't helping business at The Bear Facts!

Certainly and interesting pic.
Must have been a special day.
Does anybody recognise the uniform of the passenger?
