Hi. I understand that a fellow named Richard Gumm in Ohio reproduces the maroon plastic ring for around the horn center on 1939 Buicks. Would like to get a quality comment about this piece, if someone has purchased one of these plastic trim rings from Mr. Gumm. I believe he also restores steering wheels. Thanks for any help. John
