Well, the Manitoba Classic and Antique Auto Club had the first spring outing today...it was a great turnout, and with clear skies (albeit sort of cool and windy), there was a good turnout of old cars. Someone went and drove a Pontiac out instead of a Buick, but we won't point fingers at John

The lineup:

The 'traitor':

The really nice Buick:

A '34 (if I remember correctly) Studebaker:

A '30 Hudson:

A nice '47 Chrysler Town and Country:

You can see the headlight of the '41 in one of the photos...it ran well, and was the first time I'd spent significant time at speed with it. I didn't like the bias ply tire / road interaction, but other than that, everything sounded nice. I think it is time I got the radio looked at though...sigh. That's what winter is for I think.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy, even though it isn't Buick-heavy.

You should have made John do what one of our members did once...we had a drive-in cruise and he brought his Buickeville...it was a Bonneville with all the logos covered with duct tape and Buick logos inked on the tape. Even to make me happy, he put the Buick Billboard like an 82 on the rear quarters entirely in duct tape. What a howl!
