Yes, highly recommended. 5 years this month and the tank is still 100% perfect inside with no signs of peeling, flaking, etc.

Since my tank is exposed in the front trunk area I elected to not have them do the exterior, with the exception of the ends which you don't see. I finished it in the correct color black. Their exterior coating was somewhat rough but very durable. Not having the outside done voided the warranty however no problems in 5 years.

I had mine done for my 56 Buick. It had a big dent in it ( Please don't ask how that got there) and they got it out. Took care of a leak and coated it inside and out. I had it done in 2003 and so far so good.

They had two finishes for the outside, a smooth silver to mimic a new tank, and a black tar look to mimic those with undercoating. I did the undercoated look since my car is still sporting it's 1956 tar underneath.
