I am replacing the rag joint on my super 88. There is not enough clearance between the steering gear input shaft and the flange on the steering shaft to install this. do I have to pull out the steering column? The lower bearing the the steering shaft isnt very good and probably should be replaced anyway-where do I get one ? Do I have to pull the entire column, or just pull the steering jacket up thru the firewall? I want to do the job right. thanks..
