Oh man! Nicely done!!! Unfortunately, between the different shades of the pics and how they look on my PC, I can't tell what color that is. But I'd like to know.

I see the grey on the pic with the sail panel. But other pics made me think is was some sort of gold or that Peweter color you see on a lot of GM trucks today.

Still nice...

Was the engine green in the 65? I believe it was red in the 66.

Yes, 65 was the last year for every engine green.
66 was a transition year, HP engines were red,
regular series usually green. It was tempting to
make this one red!

I applaud you for keeping it stock, even though it is a 67 color.

Is the engine painted, or are parts plasticoated?

I had the engine on a dynomometer last weekend for some power pulls. It sounds great! Ran 373 hp @ 4700 rpm.
Look at this happy guy!

Looking good Ted. Was the engine essentially rebuilt, or tweaked? Seeing as they were rated considerably lower, I'm just wondering....

This one had a lot of mods-
intake and heads were extrude honed,
W-30-10 cam 232/232 duration,
Tom Telesco Roller rockers...
Headers for the dyno only!
