I have a rim jack that looks like a rim jack from a 41 Cadillac but it's a little different. I think it's Buick but not sure of the year. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Bob

Do you mean a rim spreader for demountable rims?

No, I mean a jack that you hook to the lip of the rim & jack up the car. You then put a stand under the car so you can remove the rim jack & then remove the wheel. Used on Cadillacs in 41 only. Bob

40 for sure. I have one. It was wrapped in the factory paper until just before I bought the car. Some e-bay maybe bidder wanted to see it. GRRR!

There will be an article and photos of these rim jacks in the March 2008 Buick Bugle magazine. Stevo is correct on the years.
