If you're an Editor, try to come to Philadelphia on Friday to attend the Publications Seminar. You'll learn a lot. If you're the club President, try to get the club to help the editor or send the editor to attend the Publications Seminar. It will be led by four people who have won the Master Editor Award, two of whom have also won the Ann S. Eady Award. Editor's will have the chance to learn more about the NAAP, learn more about publication formats, learn more about printers and learn more about publication costs. Remember, the Editor is maybe the most important cog in a Region or Chapter machinery. It is the Editor who informs, entertains, and gets the members out to events.
