Alan,

Youre right theres not many TC's at all modded. 266whp still isnt nothing to shake a stick at.

I'd love to be able to go to the upcoming event, but my venture into the power world has nicked me in the rear in true TD fashion.

I only got as far as to doing a full 3" exhaust, grainger valve, new cone filter and bov and 14psi.. pop goes the headgasket. no biggie, went to change it, and poof. theres a pitted cylinder head and a headbolt broke off in the block. Needless to say, not too enthused \:\)

The 5 speed sure was fun for the 500-1000 miles i did drive it ! Haha. The car felt like it really should have been made with a 5 speed. I was only getting 20mpg or so with the Auto, and i went one week babying the car and managed to get 28mpg with the manual, so was looking foward to replacing my 16mpg truck as the daily driver too!!!

Going to let it sit until i move (1-2 months) and then rethink if I miss it or not. \:\) Also see how the finances are doing cause i have some bills that sure would like that car sold.

When is the meet in tuscon? I work odd hours but i might be able to make it out there without the TC, just to see everyone elses.
