That looks a lot like the N.O.S. antenna that I am currently attempting to install in my '55 Nash Ambassador. Mine is Nash Accessory part number AC-654-1. According to the Nash parts books it should fit 54-56 Ambassadors and Statesman.
The differences that I can see are the lower mounting bracket and the configuation of the tubing for the nylon to curl up in when the antenna is retracted. On mine the tubing is coiled up in a circle instead of the large oval arrangement shown in your photo. I actually got on here looking for the "stanchion" (black plastic piece under the chrome fender nut) and the fender grommet or gasket that goes under the stanchion.
Of course, like a lot of accessories, one outside company made them for a lot of different manufacturers.
