I've been going crazy the past few months trying to figure out why things were SO SLOW.

I found it.

Frontpage guestbooks.

They have a huge bug in them, and create a massive problem with server performance. I've actually gone in and deleted the worst ones. If you have a guest book, I need you to delete it. The risk of using them is too great.
