The newsletter review and evaluation committee will consist of Earl Beauchamp, Jr., John L. Walker, David E. Chiotti, Herb Oakes, Sharon M. Lee, Terry L. Bond, West Peterson during 2007. However you won't have to send your newsletter to all of them if you enter the new NAAP newsletter evaluation program. You will have to send only to five, these being the President, David A. Berg, National Headquarters and three of the above. To reduce the number of copies you have to send and the committee members have to review, we are splitting up the country. A letter to each editor is being formulated now by National and will be sent to you soon, so you will know which members of the committee you need to send your newsletter to. I will consider posting the distribution here in separate messages if that seems valuable. In the meantime I recommend that each editor go to publications on this website and scroll down to Editor's Manual. It is totally new and fully explains the NAAP scoring process. Look for a final change in the score sheet that was made during the Philadelphia Annual Meeting in the next couple of days. Earl Beauchamp, VP Publications

I expect the letters to all Region and Chapter newsletters to be mailed around February 23. At the end of the letter Editors will see who the five people are they should mail their newsletters to. Earl Beauchamp, Jr., VP Publications
