Saw that clip a few days ago on one of the TV networks. Sure hope the owner of that truck and trailer has more than the state minimum amount of insurance coverage because he/she is going to need it. That is going to be a very costly claim to pay for

Here is an update on my pot metal generator end housing problem. I gave the pattern maker the go ahead to make the pattern off of the original Remy 917-R end housing. I will have an aluminum casting in a few monthes to machine.

Just curious Bob, your 1990 apparently is different than mine. Mine has two Horn Buttons & Assemblies, not one Horn Pad in the middle, that are accessed by removing the Air Bag by loosening the four screws on the back of the Steering Wheel. On mi

Yeah it's most definately an "assembly" that's not not made to be repaired. Mine seems OK. I think I'll just use your system. If I find a bad one I'd like to try playing with it to see what I could do to rebearing it.........Bob

I haven't been able to get any pictures yet. I might go down there again at the end of the week, maybe I can bring my camera and then post some pics here. This car looks to be in excellent condition, better than any other Riviera of its body style

Jerry, If yours has pin holes on the outside, it is likely that the internal baffles are also corroded. And there are likely some very thin areas. The baffles are important to ensure proper flow of coolant past each of the 8 cylinders. I personally
