Sounds like it's going to take more than Seafoam. You should pull the pan and check for shavings. Run a clean magnet through the oil. Also look for copper that won't get picked up by the magnet. If there's no shavings it will give you some bargaining

If steel chord is broken you will be riding on a time bomb. That bolt is huge. Tire will be safe at or below 15 MPH.

The plastic pieces could be from the timing gear. They are coated in plastic to keep them quiet when the chain runs over them. As said, if you can move a piston 1/4 inch without moving anything else the engine is a time bomb.
