Well, emergency is over. I took the switch apart and drilled out the bad contact and replaced it with a #8 flathead brass screw (I think it was #8). It now works perfectly. I repaired the broken phenolic wafer with JB Weld. I just bought another

The roadster PU is a 1932 or 33 Ford model. But a rather sad one unfortunately [if its not a bitsa]. The headlights appear to have sealed conversions. I have an identical pic of a beautifully restored one. The wheels appear to be different sizes from

Look, we could put controls on what cars we drive, and maybe even ban cars altogether, but it would make NO difference! There is China and India out there, almost one third of the worlds population! And have you seen their skyline lately?! They do no

Who buys NEW cars? I bought a 1970 Pontiac Le Mans, a 1976 Ford F-150 and a 1986 Ford Station Wagon all NEW at the time. At 57 I can't see any NEW vehicle for the rest of my lifetime.

I'm in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Does anyone know if there's a chapter of the Chrysler Club around here. I've got a '49 Chrysler Windsor that needs a new home. It's all orignal, and in good condition. Has new wide whitewall tires and new battery.
