If you can take the headlight door off you will then find numbers on the lens that will help id the light for you. Let us know what you find.

I have had to recharge my battery on a 1924 touring car for the first time, the positive is hooked up to ground, I bought a North East electrical equipment bulletin 53 on eBay and it shows ground as negative. which is correct?

You won't like this answer, your engine is starved for oil, running hot, and it knocks; it needs a major overhaul. Tear it down, carefully scrutinize cylinder and crank damage/wear, then send them to a good machine shop for resurfacing/boring/grindi

Thanks.. Thats the info I was looking for.. The engine has never been apart.. 14000 miles total on car.. lot of gunk in it.. any good suggestions for cleaning it out without taking apart.. Runs good but burns some oil..

Is the noise definitely coming from the front end? When my rear suspension assembly encountered corrosion failure there were grinding/ clunking sounds coming from the rear end!

IT looks like the later chrysler 8 3/4 with the dropout center section.. do you think the dropouts would interchange even though the housings are probably different??

My irst look suggested Cunningham, same as Bob. There is an article on Cunningham in Automobile Quarterly Volume III, Number 4. Full page photos show a 1919 speedster and a 1922 dual cowl phaeton. Windsceen supports, step plate detail, and belt line
