I would like to suggest that we go back to the basic reason the BCA was founded. It was primarily to get together and have fun with our old Buicks. The early meets had people gathering in the parking lots and discussing their problems and all t

You may get lucky, many of these had a vacuum trunk release pump located in the glove box. If so, hope it is still functional.

If NAPA can't help out with new aftermarket, follow Ronnie's suggestion. Jim Finn would be the expect source for OE used lines.

Hi Mark, if none of the 1989 owners (Ronnie is a great source) do not reply (they likely will) go to reatta.net ... under Documentation locate the info for a 1989 ... then find the Horn pad info. John in Sarasota (I have a 1990, which is different)
