I've got a 70 455. Running (although not very well - rod knocking pretty bad) when taken out of car. Not sure of the code (where would I find this letter?). I'm in the west metro Atlanta area if interested.

I sent you an e-mail also. Mine is an "A" and also has a "25." I guess this would be a January?<P>Anyway, if anyone needs an "A" 1970 455 block, I have one. Also has heads, intake, and covers (no carb).<P>Needs rebuilding (had a pretty bad knock...I would guess a rod bearing).<P>Atlanta GA area (near Six Flags). $200 OBO (you pick up).
