it is 15" and I assume pre-1955, but I dont know the brand of car it is for.
Your help appreciated. Also, isn't there a website to go to which shows about all hubcaps by year for GM,Ford, Chrysler?

The emblem in the center is similar to a grille emblem from the late 40s Lincolns.
