....either will be fine. The "LB" 1936 block being the late model that WAS equipped with insert bearings.

Something that has not been bored out much,..the smaller the bore the better. nothing with sleeves installed, unless just freshly done by a well experienced machinist/builder!

No repaired or cracked blocks. Needs to be within a very reasonable driving distance, or if you can deliver to Hershey that would be perfect.

Cowboy; Vern Tardel Has a kit to change over the early 21 stud engine to insert bearing . its about 795 and that's not a bad deal!

The '37 block with the hi pumps would be a less expensive route to go.
