What class does my '77 MGB belong in? I can't find it in the judging book. I'm probably just missing it. Thanks!

I'm not an expert, but I would call that a sports car. As such, I would think Class 25d.
25d. Sports vehicles - Open . . . 1970-1983

The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
