Okay, I know, more questions about rallye wheels... Anyway, can anyone help me definitively ID what these wheels came on? Stamped on them are: 15x6, L Y 853 USA A M1 7
I know they're 15x6" and may have come from a Riviera, but don't know the year. I bought them as extras for my '71 LeSabre, but the offset appears to be wrong. Any and all info would be welcome. Thanks.
Posted it to the AACA General page... oops.

I can't decode, but Buick Rallye wheels were either a 5 x 5" or 5 x 4 3/4" bolt pattern - that will tell you if it is full size or intermediate car application.
I've never quite known for sure, but I presume the measurements are to the center of the bolt holes.
I have a PDF of a Bugle article that outlines the changes made through the years to Buick Rallye wheels.

Thanks alot. I speculated that the "7" at the bottom of triangle meant 1967, and that would correlate. Any idea if these were ANY full-size, or specific to a model??? Thanks.

The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
