Just the other day I lost all Radio station preset stations and all Reminders I had programed in on the CRT.
No current codes were set.
Any thoughts on what to check.
The stations were easy to reset but now all the Birthdays and Anniversary's are a pain to set.
This occured out of the clear blue.
Car is drived daily and not stored.
Thanks

You may have accidentally hit one of the two preference buttons at the bottom of the screen. If I'm not mistaken, you have to update all of your personal info through your preferences. I don't have my owners manual handy but take a look at it. It'll tell you how to set up your preferences.

The only other thing I can think of would be a power disruption of some sort. Have you had/noticed any kind of loss of power or a power fluctuation? Check the battery cables and make sure they're good and tight. I'm sure others will chime in with ideas. I think the '88's & '89's are way cool with the CRT's. How long have you had your car??

I don't have an 88-89 but there must be a constant supply of power in order to maintain the memory when the battery is disconnected. Is it possible that there is a small internal battery some where just for this purpose? After all these years it may have finally quit. Just a thought.
