Wow, those seats look like they blew up!!! The best and easiest way to clean leather is to buy a bar of glycerin saddle soap and cut it into small cubes. Put them in a microwave safe container like the ones that ZipLok makes. Gently warm the cubes of saddle soap until they melt into a liquid state. Let that cool at room temperature. Now you have leather cleaner in a tub with a lid that you can keep it in. Don't use much water with a small round tack sponge (available at horse tack shops and feed and seed stores that sell riding supplies) to work up a dry lather. Use the dry lather to clean the leather. You do not want to use a soaking wet sponge to clean leather. Let the seats dry and buff with a soft cloth. I have a German-made Passier saddle and this is the recommended way to clean good leather.

Looks like a nice installation job. It appears that they even swapped out the front suspension, or at least installed the SHO front cross brace. Does it have the SHO upgraded suspension and wheels? Also, those seats look very nice. Way too often at this age they look like this. Keep after that leather, it doesn't hold up well. Dave I believe the whole front sub-frame was swapped out. I think that would probably be the easiest way of doing it, anyway. The wheels are SHO, just painted body color like they did for the "Plus" edition. The one thing that wasn't changed for obvious reasons is that the rear still has tube shocks. The sedans had struts all the way around.

The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
