Looks like an English bodied Model T Ford, with custom built fenders as well. The Ford radiator shell and headlights are plated so my guess is it is a 1926-27 T.

Looks like one of Leslie Hounsfield's solid-tyred Trojans which were built under license by Leyland motors.

I think the wheels are the clue. All the Model T Fords that I have seen seem to have wooden spoked wheels. I will take the suggestion of the Leyland derivative and see what pictures there are out there.

I think the wheels are the clue. All the Model T Fords that I have seen seem to have wooden spoked wheels. Disks were optional. as it is locally bodied I would assume the wheels would be fitted locally. The radiator looks very T model to me

I can't see any brakes at the front. Has T radiator/lights/gearbox and steering wheel/column. Would love to know the size of the wheels/tyres. They appear to be quite big. Maybe its the angle of the camera. Everyone in the pic seems to be smiling. Manuel in Oz

I did a Google search on Rolls-Canhardly and yes, plenty of jokes on rolls down the hill and hardly makes it up the next. It appears to have been a British subsiduary of Ford, which would explain the use of Ford Model T parts on the car.
Any one with another photo of one?

The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
