I think the hubcap is for an early Graham.

Yep. My book says the hubcap is for a 1928 Graham Paige wood spoker.

Great thanks. Will make effort to match up with Graham owner looking for one...(Hubcap)
First thought headlamps where from Buick, but no match yet.

The headlamp setup sort of looks like early 60s Buick Special.

The last of the special built pedal cars will be going up for sale at the RM Auctions in Scottsdale in January. Built by the renown restorer Fran Roxas, this "Dusey" is truly is another work of art.
