the brakes are high and hard,new powerboost, M/C,prop valve ,rear calipers.The car comes to a cxreeping stop,not sensitive at all,it was well bled and pressure tested

If you are saying the brake PEDAL is high and hard to push, you need a new booster.

It wouldn't be the first time a part was defective right out of the box.

By the way, this car is NOT safe to drive without the power boost working. I hope you are not driving it on public roads.
