I had my drop top seats done by a proffesional. Cost me $800. 400 for the hide and 400 for labor. He threw in the console for free.

Mike at Reattadudes suggests a master upholsterer. I
found one, both seats for $300. I found him through
the local Buick Owners Association directory while out
of the yellow pages I was quoted $1200 and $2000.
(Old guy + classic car = $$$)! I had the old foam
replaced also as it does deteriorate over the years.
I felt doing it myself might be a bit too much even
without the new foam. Good luck.
