1924 Series 10C was the first. Not sure when the OE-1 was replaced by the cast-iron Stromberg, but I'll guess that the Series 11 of 1927 was the last. The Series 12 of 1928 may also have used it.

Stromberg OE-1 was original equipment for 1925 Series 10-C and 1925, 1926, Series 11-A Franklins. 1927 Series 11-B used Stromberg OE-2. The OE-1 and OE-2 are not interchangeable. The Franklin OE-1 differs from OE-1 used on other makes of cars in that it has a fitting cast onto the front of the bowl to accommodate the attachment of the electric primer.

Out of curiosity, what is the difference between the OE-1 and OE-2?

Size.

The number behind the letter series on most, but not all, Stromberg carbs is the S.A.E. flange size.
