All my ventilation hose is deteriorated, and I want to get rid of the dryer hose that was patched in by the previous owner. Measuring across the opening looks like 3.75", but I see various suppliers of replacement hose calling it 4.0". Is there that much difference between outside and inside diameter? Do you fellows recommend one supplier over another? Thanks...Chris

Bobs in California. Nice people there and they will work with you and make sure you get the right parts.
