Hi, Randy,
One cross reference I found suggested Autolite 56 instead of the Autolite 65 you recommended. Can you check your source again? Would like to know for sure, as Autolites are readliy available.
thnx, jv.

I have Autolite 66 in my 56 Executive. They run just fine for 6 years and 15K miles.

The sparkplug website I looked at says the # 56 is obsolete and replaced by #66. They also had #65, but they appear to be identical to #66, in every way they list. So I would go with # 66, which appears to be more available.

FWIW, the local NAPA store had your choice of Autolite 56 or 66 on one of their phony rebate deals for $1 each. I bought two sets of 56 and they had plenty more where those came from.
thnx, jv.

pn: #COAZ-9202-B, list-$6.36. This is just a standard brass fuel sender float. It should fit anything.

Perfect match for the rubber seal between the gravel shield and the bumper on 56 Patrician. Go to the weatherstrip page of a J.C. Whitney catalog and there is an "L" shaped rubber 5/8" on each side, part No. WV738862. Ten feet for $12.99.

From an Old parts manual at my autoparts store. Referenced as 55-56 Packard parts. Sectioned in the manual as Delco equipped or Autolite Equipped ignition parts. I have an autolite equipped Clipper model 5662, so those are the parts I've verified. AUTOLITE Equipped Models: Points: ABE A95 Condenser: ABE G136 Cap: ABE C141 Rotor: ABE D104 Coil: E30
DELCO Equipped: Points: ABE A72 Condenser: ABE G102A Cap: ABE C145 Rotor: ABE D129
Another set of parts I bought were the engine belts: Generator: Gates XL 7565 (11A1435) 3/8" x 57-1/8" Power Steering: Gates XL 7417 (11A1055) 13/32" x 42-1/8"
Made my own Spark plug wires with wire by a company named "Packard" <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

The following number is listed for the front wheel grease seals in this thread.
National #5975
This National part number has become obsolete or so I'm being told by my local suppliers.
I have located a Napa replacement part: NOS17145
Is anyone aware of additional part suppliers and part numbers?

Rear Universal Joint for 55-56 Senior cars: NAPA #304 will not fit. Too small.
