I doubt very much that any company would even attempt to take such a picture today.

If they did, probably half the workers would expect overtime pay, where-as I bet these folks showed up out of loyalty and pride.

 Of course, it goes without mentioning zero productivity when everyone is out getting their photo. The most likely scenario today would be using something akin to PhotoShop to put together all the individual faces from their security photographs Edit - Very cool photograph.
