St Paul MN Need a car looked at

I hear tell someone in St Paul and possibly from the forum is looking at the same car as I am.   If so and you're not serious about buying it or decide you don't want it I'd appreciate your thoughts on it. Otherwise is there anybody that is close to St Paul that could look at a 54 for me.
