See next page for banquet menu. Host Hotel Info: Fredericksburg Inn and Suites at 201 South Washington Street, Fredricksburg, Tx., 78624. Phone # 800-446-0202. Room rates are $119 per night, with a protected parking area for the cars and the show. Rate includes breakfast. 50 rooms will be held until SEPT. 30 (30 days prior).
