I am disassembling a 1936 Auburn, these horns were mounted on it, but are not the original equipment. Any ideas?

I put power to them, but nothing but the relay clicking.
Often the contact points need to be cleaned up. The car was 'restored' in the early sixtys then went into storage.
40 years of sitting has taken it's toll on everything else on the car, I guess the horns are no different. If anyone needs this horn set, make me an offer.

Had a set like that when I was a kid. Played "Mary had a little lamb" on them, drove my folks and neighbors nuts. After I returned home from the service, they had mysteriously disappeared.
