I just added about 280 new photos from the show today. I tried to take a picture of every car and the dash plaque. I hope I didn't miss anyones vehicle or take any out of focus pictures. The cars in front of the hotel are from the Winners Circle.

Start here for the updated pictures. http://rides.webshots.com/album/563899243jqjSQz?start=60

Thanks for the pictures, as I toured the grounds I not only was bitten by the mosquetos but also the boat tail bug! Shoot me with the silver arrow any day.

Jayson,

Thanks for taking all the time to shoot off some wonderful photos of all the Riv meet cars and events. I wasn't able to make it this year, but your photos filled that hunger to see all those Rivs in one place.

Thanks again,

Barry Smith

Jayson,

Thanks for taking the time to shoot the pix and post for us who could not be there. I have never attended a ROA meet, but am already looking ahead to 2010 when it makes its way back east (hopefully northeast!).

Just noticed that photos 839 and 840 show an '80 vert in dark blue. Being new to the Riviera I thought that all convertibles were either white or red. Was that a custom or is that a correct car ?

It was a really dark green coupe that a tree fell on. The owner bought it back from the insurance company for a pittance and cut the top off of it.

If you can see the car from the correct angle, you'll notice how the top was cut off above the windshield and that there is a row of snaps that go completely around the cockpit; there's a full lenght tonneau cover that goes over it. The owner did a nice job of cutting off the top. You can also tell it was a coupe by looking at the back seat and the interior panels in the back. Look closely and you'll see other evidence that it was a coupe.

Looks like all of you have looked at my pictures so much, the Galena pictures are amongst the TOP viewed..

http://rides.webshots.com/

So far there have been 19800 views of the Riv's on webshots ! I wondered why last night I had so many guestbook comments coming in.

Thanks
