So, here is the before and after on the rear end restoration, 6 coats of fill primer, 2 coats at a time, then sand sand sand.
Every piece of it looked like it lived in the ocean from all of the deep pits everywhere.

New bearings and seals as well as the repair sleeves for the axle tubes.

I'm completely with you on that. I went through the same thing (see below). And come car show time, I'm going to throw people under there with a flashlight to take a look at it, dangit!
