My dad-in-law is about to sell an old car he owns. He needs some ideas as to how to fix a value to it. OH! The car is a 1950 Mercury . .4 door . .original in all ways and in excellent condition. Original interior is beautiful . .the exterior is black. Mileage is about 50,000 miles. His uncle bought it new . . .it then passed on to his father . .and then to him. He has had it stored for many years.

Thanks for any clues to do with getting top dollar for such a vehicle. thanks, john

John , you can go to nada.com and look.
Click on the collector car tab and that will give you a general idea on price. You can also go to some of the larger book stores and look in the automotive magazine section. They have collector price guides. Just pay attention to the condition details when pricing your car. Scott
