I am trying to remove the starter from a 41 Lincoln I removed one bolt from starter to oil pan bracket. Is there any thing else holding this starter in place? Thanks Dale.

2 bolts throught the starter into the oil pan...1 has a little bracket that also is secured to oil pan.

you might have to wigge it around a bit the bendix can get hung up on the ring gear
