$25,000 from 1972 to 1994. Did all my own work except upolstery and chrome which cost $12,000.

41 Continental Cabrolet Body #18
Still adding it up, like Bill, I am doing all of my own work except the interior, top and chrome. Interior and top around 10,000. Chrome done years ago, 1500, the Grill is NOS, but will need redone and I hate to think about that one.
Just now finishing up the final fine body work and getting ready for paint. WOW, has that stuff changed over the years. By the time that is finished, I'll probably have 1500 or so just in materials.
If I had to guess a total, probably close to what Bill has in his. Been working off and on since 74 on mine and I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel.

1942 Continental coupe. Finished in 1985: Roughly $25,000 professionally, which included finding and replacing a V12 engine, hot-air heater, air cleaner, etc. CCCA 99 points; AACA Senior
