Willy,
Do your rims have tires mounted on them? If so, use the following example:

For 34 X 4 tires...double the second number and subtract the total from the first number... you get 26" rims.

No tires, just two rims. I'll try to measure them the best I can, take a photo and post it tonight.Okay, for dimensions, I came up with 21 1/2 ID (dia.), 22 3/8 OD (dia.), 3 ID (width), 3 7/8 OD (width). Photo attached.
