looking for a 1969 plymouth factory repair or shop manual.Is there any web sites that have any info. on this car.

Check Ebay. These manuals aren't very hard to come by.

Check out a place called YEAR ONE. They have a lot of Mopar stuff and I think they have reproduction shop manuals and owner's manuals.
