I just found out I don't have all the pieces I need for my '88s from all the later models. There has been much discussion about that little shock absorber covering the harmonic balancer. I have read much whether this was needed since the '88s don't have it. Turns out the '88s have a rear transmition mount that is not on any of the later models. It is mounted just under the stearing sector and there is a dip in the cradle to accept it. The later models do not have this dip.

If anybody happens to have a good '88 mount assy, rubber and attached metal, I sure could use one. Please let me know.
