While working on a garage that needed re-siding my brother and I found these Goodyear signs tacked up under the cedar siding to cover up gaps. Unfortunatly, they were all cut in half, but we have managed to piece together 5 or six of them. Some of the arrows point left and some of them point right. I would guess that there are about 25 of these signs if we wanted to rip all the siding off...

Any thoughts on what year they may have been manufactured? Any value to them?

Just kind of curious....

Nice looking but too bad they are split. That certainly detracts from the potential value, but they are nice early signs. Since the mileage hasnt been filled in yet they were probably never used. I like the fact it says something about a Ford garage - would go nice with my Model T. Is there anything embossed on them?
Let me know if you are going to sell one.

Terry, nothing embossed on them. I'll let you know if we sell any. My brother likes them as well since he has a Model A and a Model T....

Excellent signs even if they've been cut. That wouldn't matter to me, 'cause who's gonna notice if they're up high on a wall. If you want a ballpark figure, try posting them at www.oldgas.com the petroliana site.
