HI GUYS, AS MOST KNOW, OEM WIRES ARE SOLID CORE , BLACK BRAIDED WITH NEAT NAKED BRASS ENDS...OPEN TO MOISTURE AND SHORTING....LOOK AT THESE..

Pretty cool, and to the extent that they are an official Lincoln part with a '38 part number, you could even put them on a "show" car.

Sorry, Cecil, but I think that is a 1948 part number and not only that but a part for the 49 Lincoln which came out in 1948. A 1938 part number would start out 86H-XXXX

i thought 49 lincoln was 8EL ..i am pretty sure ,,
almost positive ours is h series maybe this is a generic
h series pt number...hey phil, chk grrn pts book..late issue
back in the list of accessories ..between tire inflator and seat covers......??
