critterpainter Member Registered: 10/21/00 Posts: 610 Loc: Paso Robles CA	I am working on a 48 Super that has a new Borg & Beck? finger style clutch in it. I can't get both free-play and a fully dis-engaging clutch. Does the lever arm height on the equilizer have to be increased for more travel or am I doing something wrong? I walked into the middle of this project and am not familiar with the steps involved with the conversion. Bill

old-tank Member Registered: 12/29/99 Posts: 1089 Loc: Seguin, TX, USA	Bill You probably need a different clutch release (throw out) bearing that has a shorter or longer reach or change the fulcrum location of the release arm...maybe one from the Chevrolet(?)
